when Knect IT were first contacted by GreCon, the IT system they had inplace was unreliable due to being setup incorrectly by their ad-hoc "IT Guy".

This caused the staff to work non-productively

• No remote access to system files
• No remote access to e-mails
• Using local machines to store data

Now that Grecon have taken up a support contract they are able to access all their system files and e-mails from anywhere in the world, this has improved productivity by allowing the staff to work from home or elsewhere outside the office. also all the PC's have now been domain joined allowing the user's to store and access data on the server rather than their local PC's. This allows data to be easily shared between users, and also allows for a full backup of business critical data to be completed easily.
