Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement. Work starts only when the scope, responsibility, pricing and any relevant third-party costs have been agreed.

IT, connectivity and cloud work often depends on third-party platforms, suppliers, network operators and software vendors. Knect IT is not responsible for the operation of third-party services outside its control.
Access and credentials
Clients must provide accurate information and authorised access where required. Passwords should not be sent through the website form.
